Lili's Story (see below for C.V.)

Lili Sheeline Draws From a Lifetime of Experience Every Day

A defining moment in Lili Sheeline's life came one evening in Alaska, while floating in her kayak in
the frigid waters of the Prince William Sound. In essence, she was staring life right in the eye, as she
found herself face to face with - even close enough to touch - a humpback whale.  It was the experience
of a lifetime, a memory she cherishes to this day.

Lili feels blessed to have experienced many other magical moments in her life.  She lives for opportunities
when she can embrace life with exuberant passion.  From traveling alone in Africa as a teen to
wrangling horses in Wyoming's Wind River Mountains and observing seals on ice floes in Antarctica,
this adventurous businesswoman has explored the globe and handled the unexpected with grace and
creativity.  These moments and the many wonderful people she's met along the way have helped to
shape Lili's unique perspective on life and business.

Higher Learning

After earning a degree in wildlife biology from the University of Vermont, Lili traveled and worked her way
through Europe and Asia, then embarked on a tenure with the World Wildlife Fund in Washington, D.C.,
focusing on endangered species issues. Later, at Yale University's School of Forestry and Environmental
Studies, she earned her master's degree in environmental studies and put it to work for the Smithsonian
Institution's Office of Environmental Awareness. Not content with the status quo, this inquisitive professional
took her expertise into the Peace Corps in Chile, where she worked with forest rangers, community groups
and youth on environmental awareness.

In real estate, Lili has shown the same level of interest in continually expanding her education, with an
emphasis in "green" issues.  She is certified by EcoBroker International, and holds the NAR GREEN
designation from the National Association of Realtors.  She also holds Council of Residential Specialists
(CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.  Lili served
on the Green committee of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors®, and also participated in the
Maryland Master Naturalist course in Calvert County, MD.

Winding Down

"Action" could have been Lili's middle name in years past, as she's been known to eschew cars in favor of bikes,
horses and kayaks. These days, this on-the-go explorer favors quieter leisure pursuits - walks along the Western
Shore of the Chesapeake Bay with her retrievers, Jen and Petey, and visits with friends.  To truly "refuel",
Lili and her husband, Tim, love to connect with family in Maine.

Embracing Challenge

Judging by the many wonderful experiences and events that have peppered Lili's life, it's clear she brings a
passionate approach to everything she does.  It's the same passion and conviction that she brings to her
successful real estate career.  Never one to stand by while others move ahead, she takes the proverbial bull
by the horns when it comes to her clients' goals.  Known for her listening abilities and creative problem-
solving skills, she carefully ascertains what buyers and sellers need and desire in a home purchase or sale,
then formulates effective strategies to meet their objectives.

Appreciating her role as a guide who can offer insight about the real estate process, Lili makes it a priority
to provide her clients with the information they need to make informed decisions.  She draws daily from a
wealth of knowledge and a keen business perspective to help clients reach their goals.  Whatever your
real estate needs in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, you can count on an area specialist who will provide
you with A Lifetime of Experience.  Give Lili a call today - and get ready to move!
